PRODUCT SUITE

Built to optimize your tender. Not host it.

OptiSource, the Senior SME, and the Sourcing Twin run together on every event. Hard-coded methodology, customised per engagement. Each participating supplier wins, and the buyer wins most: Path to Win for every supplier, no stalking horse, the award respects the structural offer and package conditions each one brought.

Three assets. One engagement model.

The platform is where you start, the stack creates the value, the Twin scales it. You enter at the depth that matches the maturity you need; the upgrade path is felt, not explained.

THE RESIDENT SURFACE

OptiSource Platform

The sourcing workspace your team operates directly: the alternative to the ERP-bundled sourcing module at renewal.

THE VALUE ENGINE

Sourcing Optimization

A Senior SME runs your event on the solver stack: hard-coded methodology, customised per engagement, delivered as Outcome-as-a-Service.

THE SCALING VEHICLE

Sourcing Twin

Named strategist roles wrapping the stack with your accumulated decision memory, growing into your organisation event by event.

OPTISOURCE PLATFORM

The resident sourcing surface. Built for both sides of the table.

Where your team operates events directly. Three strategic products carry the method: Explorative Sourcing, Expressive Bidding, and Expressive Feedback, with Inter-Round Optimization as the connective mechanism between bidding and feedback. The day-to-day surface (project overview, supplier and communication centers, bidsheet, reports, individual deadlines) carries the event itself.

Stakeholder governance is built into the project, not bolted on: swift consultations at kickoff, mid-event and pre-award, and every supplier-facing communication is buyer-approved before it goes out.

SOURCING OPTIMIZATION

Stop awarding to 'good enough'. Award to the optimum, and to the structural offer each supplier brought.

Most sourcing platforms hand you a dashboard and leave the award to your gut. OptiSource brings the constraint model, the Senior SME, and the Sourcing Twin together on every round, so every participating supplier leaves with a Path to Win, and the buyer captures the largest share of the uplift through structural-offer optimisation across the supply base.

The Stack, Not the Solver.

What makes the difference is the stack. Hard-coded methodology refined across engagements, customised to your category, your strategy, and your stakeholder and supplier voice. Senior SME orchestration that turns model output into a decision-ready award recommendation. The Sourcing Twin synthesising the six strategist roles behind it.

3D Optimization

Cost, risk, and carbon on the same scenario. OptiSource generates whole-event optima ranked against each other across the three objectives, surfacing the trade-off the Category Lead actually has to choose between. A capability Wave 1 buried inside ERP modules and Wave 2 traded away for a simpler UI.

Expressive Bidding

Move beyond rigid line items. OptiSource encodes the structural offer and package conditions each supplier wants to make: bundles, conditional discounts, alternative specs, capacity windows. The constraint model carries them all into the round so the offer competes on its own terms, not on what a line-item template can accept.

Expressive Feedback, with Inter-Round Optimization Behind It.

Between rounds, OptiSource shows each supplier the package they put forward, the share of the award it currently lands, and the scenario edges where a small move flips the coin in their favour. Inter-Round Optimization bends the supply base toward the structural award on the next round: leaders sharpen on the items that widen their lead, challengers see exactly where uplift-or-downfall pricing changes the outcome, tailers see the route back into the field. The buyer captures the uplift; each participating supplier leaves with a documented Path to Win.

Hard-Coded, Then Customised.

Templated and sound methodology hard-coded into the constraint model, so the engagement scales quickly. Then customised per event to the corporate identity, the commodity characteristics, the strategy, and the stakeholder and supplier voice. The hard-coded side gives you speed; the customised side gives you the tailormade solution that fits.

Skin-in-the-Game

No licence, no shelfware risk. Under OaaS, OptiProq anchors the fee to the business case. If we don't find the value, we don't win. The bold part of the model legacy vendors cannot replicate without killing their own P&L.

THE SOURCING TWIN

Your Sourcing Twin. Eight Named Roles.

The Sourcing Twin does not hold stakeholder relationships, does not make the final award, does not author methodology, and does not judge bid anomalies. The Senior SME catches mistakes; the Category Lead retains every judgment call. Inside that boundary, the Twin plays eight named roles, with an Engagement Synthesizer coordinating their outputs into decision-ready artefacts. The Twin is operational today.

Compliance Strategist

OptiSource pulls Scope 3 metrics, ESG ratings, sanctions screening, and sustainability certifications for every bidder, references them against your procurement playbook, and weights them into the constraint model alongside cost and risk. Per-client partition enforced; nothing crosses engagements.

The Market Strategist

OptiSource maintains a continuous read on supplier financial health, geographic concentration, single-site dependency, port and trade-route congestion, and regulatory exposure. When you open your next event, the supplier shortlist arrives with the supply-continuity risk dossier already attached, and the constraint model is already weighted for the risk exposure your category cannot accept.

The Discovery Strategist

For high-frequency categories where stakeholder voice and supplier-side relational signals shape every round, the Twin's Discovery Strategist ingests internal alignment meetings, swift consultations, and supplier conversations, then extracts decision-relevant signals into structured inputs for the next event. The Category Lead runs the consultations; the Twin structures the output.

The Synthesizer, and the Audit Trail.

On top of the six strategist roles, the Sourcing Twin acts as the Synthesizer: it coordinates the strategist outputs into decision-ready artefacts, and it touches base with the Senior SME for checks, balances, and FYIs at every step. The artefacts it produces (perimeter map, contract architecture recommendation, supplier dossier, stakeholder-signal extraction, scenario shortlist, executive-summary trace) are how the Category Lead, the Senior SME, and internal stakeholders see the same picture at the same time. Per-client partition enforced at the storage layer; cross-engagement learning happens in the methodology library, never in any other client's data.

OUTCOME-AS-A-SERVICE

OaaS. The Constraint Model Recompiled Per Event.

Wave 1 built combinatorial sourcing optimisation and locked it behind ERP modules. Wave 2 packaged sourcing into a clean web UI and traded depth for access, on a SaaS licence the buyer absorbed whether or not the methodology arrived with it. Wave 3 puts hard-coded methodology, the constraint model, the Senior SME, and the Sourcing Twin on a single engagement, customised per event. You buy the outcome, not the platform.
